So , if a criminal comes to you wearing a burka, she will be an angel in your eyes? Why do you people rely so much on outside appearances and refuse to see a person for what he really is?

Don't put words in my mouth ! I didn't say anything bad about him nor did I imply that 'a criminal wearing a burka would be an Angel'; I simply voiced my mixed feelings at seeing a religious scholar who talks about Islam, the Quran and the Sunnah whilst he is exclusively surrounded by super models and plays music and then dances to it and asks the women to dance along ! I've nothing against either those women or the music or the dance moves but somehow they don't conform to the standards of propriety that I would expect a 'religious scholar' to adhere to ! I would be equally perturbed had he been munching on a BigMac or playing snooker whilst giving a lecture on something as serious as Islam...! So no its not about 'outside appearances'...its about some modicum of seriousness attributed to a 'serious topic' !

P.S This is not even going into his 'Atlas of Creation' or his Conspiracy Theories against 'Darwinism' as being pretty much unpalatable !

I was not putting words in mouth but just drawing analogy based on your assumptions. However, the fact remains that you do not see a person for what he really is but judge based on appearances. It is easy to deceive a person like you. If a CIA agent comes to you wearing a beard and a turban, you would gracefully accept him as a "great scholar" but if a learned, knowledgeable person comes to you wearing a suit with super models and music (none of which are contravening to the Koran) you will assume he is not serious or a fake one who is deceiving people.

I'm not specifically pointing at you but all those who are demonizing harun yahya here.
