Its also quite a surprise that they are letting Gilani's cases go...
It kind of makes sense here. Recently, i read news that there would be early elections in Pakistan. So in my opinion, probably the supreme court thinks that all this would be a waste of time and by the time the cases get solved, it would have taken 1-2 years... Law is very weird in this world. Cases don't get solved in just one hearing i suppose.
