No drone has entered Pakistan to fire on, you want us to track and fire on drones in Afghanistan that would be counter productive to our aims

America is losing in Afghanistan
It has spent over 1 trillion
Lost thousands of soldiers
Wasted hundreds of billions in aid
Has no strategy

Pakistan needs to pick and choosh its battles

The U.S is no longer allowed to enter Pak airspace for hostile flights but the border area is a grey area where they fly in Afghanistan but can fire onto our side at a target near the border they deem a threat

As they no longer enter our territory firing in them in Afghanistan is an unwanted escalation and against our strategic interest's

The Americans will continue to thrash around in Afghanistan as they lose and its important they are handled wisely as possible whilst we pursue our own interests in and out of Afghanistan

I guess at times when Pakistan is pounding you on LOC, you need to comfort your bruised ego by firing over others shoulder or as they say, any port in a storm.
Firstly the airchief's comments have been taken out of context, if you can recall, the Americans said they will strike alleged militants anywhere in Pakistan hence the PAF's orders to shoot thye Drones if they enter mainland.
The current scenario is on Afghan border where we are constructing a fence to stop the movement of miscreants back and forward..... and no we are not Indians who often box above their weight of capable of fighting two fronts, cold start , surgical circus and all other nonsense. Latest being calling Pakistan's nuclear bluff where as it's obvious Pakistan has called India's conventional bluff.

Nope... Anyone can write a theory..... prove it that the Reaper didn't enter inside the Pakistani space to hit the targets.
Tell me do you think PAF will shoot down a amaerican Drone?? no way..

Also please know the rules of Enganemnt... it doen't matter if Drones entered inside the Paksitani air space or not If the target was inside pakistan then Pakistan has every rights to reply... and PAD can stay well with in Pakistani space and strike the Drone.

I quite agree with one choosing their battles. Only thing is Your Chief should have remained silent on the issue. I mean strikes before this were with the concurrence of the military.

Chief said simply, drones can be destroyed once Pak government gives permission

As far as I know U.S is banned from entering Pak airspace conducting hostile flights (you never know what agreements have been made in private, what has been allowed or not)

No drone has entered Pakistan that PAF can challenge or destroy it

1- once they fire at a target from Afghan airspace they hightail it out of a area - pursuing it and destroying it Afghan airspace is a unnecessary escalation and against our interests

2- firing on drones in Afghanistan airspace before they have fired is again a hostile act and currently against our strategic interest's


So we will condemn, lodge a protest and continue to refuse to tow a stupid American plan and work for Pakistan interest's ONLY

Pakistan has changed, whether it be Yemen or Afghanistan or our increasing plans with allies like China or Turkey we are putting plans in place that safeguard our interests
