I did a quick look at it. Its about 6-7$ per kg. So that is about the same price of high quality ground beef here in the US now.

The first one will cost you about $5.99/kg and it's really not for human consumption, it's mostly for pet, people can still eat them but they are too oily and came from, well, you-know-what part of the cow..

The Lean one is what you use to make burger, selling anywhere from $6.49-7.49/kg.

The premium one cost about $11-12

For ground beef, from my part of the country in the west coast, its usually by percentage of fat. If its 93% lean, its the premium quality and it be about $3.50 per pound on sale. Otherwise, its over 4.50. There is also the 85% lean and its usually the ones we get. Its about 3.50 when its not on sale and 2.50 when its on sale. It look like meat is more expensive over there. How much is a top sirloin or T bone usually cost per pound there?

In America, butchery is more expensive than places like safeway(Vons), Krogers(Ralph, Fred Myer) or Albertsons. But we get ours nowadays at Costco.

The fireworks are outside going all over the neighborhood. It remind me of the national anthem and the line

These rockets are Congreve rockets, which the British copied from Tipu sultan's iron case rockets. It just show that the innovations of Indian subcontinent people when they are in the position to be creative. That Indians can contribute an invention that would lead to the writing of the US national anthem.

Aussie do when they eat Kangaroo in Australia day...

Hardly anyone eats kangaroo meat in the city. It occupies maybe 2% shelf space in supermarkets compared to beef/chicken/pork.

The reason is because kangaroo meat has very little fat -- good for health but crap for taste.

lol I did not say all aussie eat Kangaroo meat.......

Most indigenous ate them, as do some some part of Australia.

In the city, people mostly have lamb in Australia day.

I simply raise a point that Aussie do eat Kangaroo meat in Australia day, in fact they ate them all around not just in Australia day. I personally do not eat any kangaroo, but I do buy them for my cats.

We had fire works tonight in our city and it was a GREAT show. But tomorrow will be a fun day too with festivals, BBQ, and more fireworks in neighboring cities.
HAPPY FOURTH to everyone! Be safe out there, fireworks are illegal and so is drinking and driving !

Hey, I live in Washington State, fireworks are legal here, in fact, with the exception of few, most States allow fireworks.
