Hamas military announces it captured Israeli soldier

Good stuff!! This time make sure this swine is killed not released/

The last time Hamas released an Israeli swine, the Israeli did release people Hamas asked but then arrested them again after the swine was released.

I dont see any reason to celebrate....Esp when it was supposed to be a cease fire case...What if the Israelis' do another round of collective punishment? 350 civilian deaths for 3 teenagers dont know how many for soldiers!

Every reason to celebrate. Now Israel will talk. Now some sense and some perspective will be injected into its arrogance filled brain.

Israeli soldier reported missing in Gaza

Military believes the soldier was killed along with six other troops in an attack on an armoured vehicle in Gaza.

An Israeli soldier is missing in the Gaza Strip and presumed dead, local media quoted the Israeli military as saying, two days after Hamas announced they had captured a soldier during clashes.
Israel's Channel 10 News on Tuesday said the military believed the man was killed along with six other troops in an attack on an armoured vehicle on Sunday.
However, the army has only identified six bodies.

And they are not facing well trained gorilla fighters. esp the ones from syria , libya , afghanistan .Imagine if that is the case i think it wont take them long to bring IDF to its knees ...........

After hearing Israelis army death toll , i think its all hoo haa nothing much . Even with all the technology, sophisticated weapons and fancy toys they are getting thier asses handed to them by some rag tag Palestinians.

May Allah be with the people of Palestine.

There are no fighters from Syria, Libya or elsewhere. These are Palestinians who are well trained fighting.

Israel probably let the soldiers be captured to get international sympathy...

I totally respect your thinking and i know palestinians are fighting for their right but i dont see it rational enough for hamas to wage a war against israel and in case israel is the offender i feel its better for hammas to favor cease fire because hammas is no match to israel's tech ...you guys dnt have any airforce or sophisticated weapons to defend your people as a result many innocents on the palestinian side are being killed including infants .... agree you have killed few israeli soldiers but look at the ratio man .... its negligible compared to the causalities suffered by palestine and not to forget those infants who dont even know the meaning of war ....you guys cant sustain the damage and ultimately its gonna be an unthinkable loss ....better be to act rationally....take sometime to develop a decent military thn do what you think is right for you guys...coz at the moment there is no support for you guys in west and even in arabs ...israel is a mad n evil man ....they gonna do everything to destroy you

Well you need to know we never waged this war. Before Hamas existed this war has been waged against us in Gaza and the West Bank. Read more into history. This is a great read:

Analysis: Gaza resistance will not be crushed | Maan News Agency

Historically, Gaza has been a hub for uninterrupted popular resistance since the ethnic cleansing of Palestine at the hands of Zionist militias, and later the Israeli army, in 1947-48. An estimated 200,000 of Palestine’s then nearly 800,000 refugees were forced there, with most enduring squalid and humiliating conditions.

Despite the shock of war and the humiliation of defeat, Gazans fought back almost immediately. There was no Fatah, no Hamas, and no siege -- in comparison to its current definition -- and Gazans did not organize around any political factions, or ideologies. Rather they assembled in small groups known to Gazans as Fedayeen -- freedom fighters.

..............
The prowess of those young refugee fighters was on full display in November 1956, when Israel invaded the Gaza Strip and large swathes of Sinai following the Suez Crisis. Egyptians fought the Israeli army with much courage, but the Palestinian garrison based in Khan Younis -- now a major target in the latest Israeli war -- refused to surrender.

When the fighting was over, Israel moved into Khan Younis and carried out what is now etched in the Palestinian collective memory as one of the most horrific mass killings in Gaza's history -- a massacre of 124 men and boys in the Rafah refugee camp known as al-Amiriyah School Massacre.

"The victims were herded into the school under the batons of the soldiers," reflects Dr Ahmed Yousef, in a recent article. "Those who survived the beatings were met with a hail of bullets and the demolition of the building over their heads. The bloodstains stayed on the school walls for years to remind us children of Israel's crime."

............
Are there any surprises in how the past is knitted both to Gaza's present and future? It should also be of no surprise that Palestine's mightiest resistance today, the Ezz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, was formed by a small group of school kids in the central Gaza Strip.

The rest @islamrules will explain.

what you mentioned i already know it ....what i meant was to make you understand regardless of who started it ...its in the benefit of palestine people if it stops here otherwise the loss will be unthinkable ....as far as i am concerned i was expecting arab support for you guys but they have really disappointed me... this is the same israel who waged war against them and ruffle them back in old days but sad to see they having silent support for israel ....either because they are too coward to take a stance as they have a fear of getting ruffled again or its because of iran-hamas realtionship .... with no offense to any arab but yeah they have been coward for a century or so ....

That's the problem. No local support, no international action. It means that actually the Palestinians have nothing to lose fighting back. You might think this is worse but it isn't. The siege itself leads to thousands of deaths due to lack of fuel/medical equipment/medicine for hospitals and patients.
