A small kid just knocked on my door and said Mister, your ding dong don't work. It was too cute and funny at the same time!

Well I only got two people, I live on the outskirts of the city in a farm house so it's unusual for children to come in... Lazy kids don't like to walk I guess...

Seems like fun! get some jump leads and connected it to the knob of your door! (Actually don't! I don't want to get in trouble with the officials! xD)

Good point, over the past two/three years I've had sometimes one, two and even zero kids show up at my door. There used to be a lot back in 2008/9...

Manchester 1998, a first year uni student (barely a month or so in uni) was so drunk out of a halloween party and stumbled in front of car - literally in front of my house door. Brother and I went out with towels etc and cared for him until the ambulance arrived .. gruesome accident. My brother is a doctor and he told me that the youngster's survival was highly unlike due to severe head injuries. A day later he died.

I don't know why I recalled this ... I was gutted for his parents and they came to thank us a few weeks later too. Halloween will never be the same for them again as it would be a constant reminder of the horror.

Anyways, enough serious talk ...

Hardly anyone on the streets tonight ... maybe it's too cold as well
