Let them enjoy since they are not celebrating it as religious thing but for fun and I don't think there is any harm in it. It is just like a new year celebration that we all celebrating every year even celebrating or having a party at Xmass not an issue since they are living in non-Muslim countries and having some fun with their country mates not an issue.
