Another amaetur blogger who doesn't know jack shit what he's talking about. They said the same about other massive-projects; Karakoram highway, construction of Gwadar port, expansion of Bahria colonies, construction of new Metros and etc... have we faced any relevant 'negatives' from these projects so far - no?

So then why should I believe this kid over the top economic analysts, international business institutions, head of states, etc... and the hundreds of certified professional engineers, planners, analysts, accountants, project managers, and other experts who gave the green-light for such a project before CPEC even began.

Of Course CPEC will have temporary negative impacts ranging from environmental issues to the added debt, but these are short-term problems that are dwarfed by the benefits we CPEC. There is a reason why so many countries are interested in CPEC and why our provinces are fighting over every scrap of the project like a paindu at a wedding.

Hahahaha bro China is doing wrong by building crucial hydropower projects to save Pakistan or investing in Pakistan to provide some jobs.
The best investment is by USA, like $50-70 million distributed among all media groups (Taseers' DAily Times,Express, Dawn, JAng, Dunya, etc..), another investment organized junkets trips to USA for sellout pakistani journalists. USAID broadbased funding for specific women NGOs and Christian missionaries inside Pakistan, incl. funding for the tv dramas like Udaari to promote Pakistan's iimage as a child rape country to counter India's rapistan image.
Issuing travel advisory warning local American businesses not to invest in Pakistan as well as other investors Turkish, Chinese to keep away so to cripple Pakistan from all sides.
Only give aid or military aid [if demanded] no need to trade with Pakistan, as US Congress politicians and thinktanks are anti-Pakistan. No US president can sign any trade agreement without congress nod, at the same time provide all necessary agreements to india to pressure PAkistan to improve its ties with them
Use New York Times and other US media to arm-twist Pakistan and destroy its already screwd image by leaking US 'senior official' spitting on PAkistan in private meetings. Do drone attacks on civi liansand force Pakistan to allow blackwater security agencies/CIA contractr to move around as they want(2009/10) and kill Pakistanis at will if they find them suspicious (Raymond Davis). Force Pakistan to diplomatically get in bed with its enemies like india and afghanistan. Keep quiet on its own national interests like civilian govt. criminal silence on RAW terrorism inside Pakistan.

It's a Catch 22 with Indians.
When an anti-Indian Pakistani article is posted, they'll wave it off by citing the nationality of the author or cite.

However, when a Pakistani writes an article which they like, Indians will surround the author and start performing 'pooja', because that Pakistani is obviously an enlightened reincarnation of Hanuman or Shri Shabalabadindong who can see the future. You can never win on this forum when you're dealing with a delusional Indian.

Every article I've read on the Pakistani economy has stated that the government has made plenty of efforts and doing business has improved in the country. Maybe not at a pace which matches whatever standards you have, but its ridiculous to say that the leaders are too distracted.

as i said, my point is not against cpec or whatsoever. But too much dependency on particular country is no good.. you need open your market with protecting your economic interests.. you need simplified tax policy and detailed plan to meet your energy requirements for upcoming years.. providing incentives or encouraging joint ventures in various field be it automotive or so..

take a note: my point not against your projects but your govt.

What clauses? Full details of loans and interest ratesvin CPEC projects are not even public yet.
We are doing well in Tax collection although much more needs to be done but our tax to gdp ratio has increased. Projects to end power shortfall are undergoing progress, and we will see an increase in exports while at the same time we are working on FTA negotiations with different countries. Also development of economic zones is included in CPEC and work is in progress in some industrial areas.
But button line is: There is nothing as a free lunch but every country takes care of her national interests. Rightnow our economic interests depend much on successful completion of CPEC and we are working on it. You--Indians dont have to worry about Pakistan's interests.
