Yeah, but now govt must take an action...otherwise this will keep repeating with gruesome consequences. Imagine in a full scale war if such media persons spread disinformation, it can heavily affect the morale of the nation. so if the fatso Fawad Ch. does not take an action against them, basically he is also a part of it. Verbal condemnation is not sufficient. Withdraw their licenses and ban them from TV-shows for life.

Nope, it is new PCB technology, we are also using it here since it allows for speeding up the production and higher density of the components on a PCB than the older system of through-hole mounting

That's the next logical step but it is big step. InshaAllah as the economic situation gets better, FDI will increase and hopefully someone will install a semi-conductor manufacturing facility as well.

Computer manufacturing these days is mostly assembly. Besides the main PCB and the casing almost everything else, like Processor, ram, data bus, hard drives, screens, keyboard, is a procured item. If you can design your own PCB, you cn get a third party to print it for you on contrct and you can assemble them under your own brand.

These machines can print any circuit board, hence you can basically make electronic boards for any electronic item like computers, tablets, calculators, digital cameras, cell phones, TV, DVD players ir anything that uses a printed circuit board.

Many years ago when I worked for a world famous cell phone maker, during my plant visits I had seen many such machines working at super crazy speeds.

not the first, first one was at NIE, imported from switzerland. unfortunately the govt was not able to do more with it.

Haier, Pel, Dawlance.. so much potential we have to reduce the imports and grab some international markets..

Haier is still a Chinese company.. but Pel and Dawlance can do wonders if they are given support by the government..

Dawlance is no longer a Pakistani company. It was acquired by Turkey's Arcelik in 2016.
