Why would US need to challenge the verdict? Did UN SC asked for any legal verdicts against Jesh before China saved the day using Veto? And why would we expect any verdict against him from the courts especially given robust protection by the "state"? Missing persons case is an example of how courts are subdued to "state" when it comes to "Matters of national interest" I mean this is so not 1900s. Reaction to 9/11 didn't start after after OBL's conviction by a US court

Ah you'll never get the point, in fact if people in GHQ would have, we wouldn't have reached to such a point to put him on ECL and House arrest. HS has long turned into a treat bigger than just India specific. Btw the prosecutor against him was the state.

Government did good job to put him in Exit control list so that had he don't escape in burka. Movli Abdul aziz already did big damage to image of Pakistan from lal masjid..

Its right time to kill hafiz saeed and offer him shahadat. Hope he don't escape if he is man.

Allegations are still not proven yet so for now house arrest is the appropriate step. Just don't let him enjoy celebrity status in the country where he could go ahead and have processions and speeches on will, like entire Pakistan's security, is on his shoulders.

Throw him out ? where ? doesn't make any sense.
