We need someone who is willing to pull the trigger. At the height of the Soviet Afghan war, the ISI attacked inside the USSR multiple times. It has to be strong enough to send a signal, yet not serious enough to be taken as a casus belli.

But sir common its 21st century now........Its not Soviat war era anymore nor r we receiving those funds and level of training anymore. I seriously doubt ISI is still strong enough as she was in that era, well it can be described as a golden era that has been passed.

If we really r to make a country to back off then we must i mean REALLY MUST be able be give them a killer blow.
For that to happen andoman and nacrobar islands r the real destinations and for that we need to increase our closeness with indonesia. Even America may support us in A & N islands because it wants a strategic location for its drones base to keep an eye on maraca strait. Wasting our time and energy in kashmir valley where indian army has drastically improved its operational capabilities since 99's conflict is no realistic option.
