Here i am posting an extract from a hacked email conversation on a Indian army defence network. They were discussing the support to the BLA and how Pak army/ISI is countering their support to BLA terrorists. Indian Cold start is directly connected to supporting insurgencies in Pakistan.

Their Army Chief Bikram Singh is the culprit as he tried to do his best to destabilize the region, but their gov is strong and hasnt allowed him to do that much. But still as the time goes their bureaucracy is turning more and more pro west and their influence in them is increasing hence they will always keep a pressure on their gov through masses and media to do more.
