Gwadar another Dubai emerging on world map: Chinese media

Gwadar, unfortunately for Pakistan, has become too political. Neither India or Iran are comfortable with Gwadar. India see Gwadar as a security threat as it involves Chinese, while Iran see it has a competition to Chahabar, and then there are provinces in Pakistan that are fighting over CPEC in general. As of now I see Gwadar as port that connects wild west of China to Indian ocean.
And nothing you've said actually affects Gwadar going forward. Likely the military is going to get a seat at the table, so that the government can calm the opposition down. Besides, despite some opposition, work continues without any real political interference.

Next, Pakistan and China don't care what India thinks, if they did, CPEC would never even have started. Iran has already shown its willingness to get involved with CPEC, and Pakistan has approached it to supply energy to Gwadar.

You're points are flawed.

As a matter of fact almost all the projects are moving at quite a good pace and even the provinces esp KPK have come to agreement on majority of issues. Majority of news related to CPEC Progress are over here and U can see the progress is not just on papers but on ground too.

The topic of the thread is business. Business flourish when things are calm and stable. Controversies are never good for business. As on Iran, Iran must be fool to kill its own port for Gwadar. Iran will compete. That is the nature business.

It is very naive to say that China don't care what India thinks of Gwadar. For Chinese one road and one belt policy to succeed, India has to be on its side, and moreover, Chinese are eying India's huge markets for their services and goods.

Indian and Iranian comfortness don't matters to us.

First of all, the Iranian port and the Pakistani port aren't necessarily going to be direct competitors, at least not right away. Both nations have not only stated as such, but the way they're being built shows that clearly.

Next, If China really cared what India thought, then China would never have announced such a large investment in Pakistan.
