I agree with him, both must have been backpackers or adventure tourists interested in remote areas thats why they were escorted by a cop and could easily cross borders, but the surprising part is that most tourists are quite well informed about dangerous regions and these were women and they dared venturing out there.

You talk as if its a daily occurance and you know it for a fact, if they were really what you say they were then they would be smart enough to know where to go and where not to..Baluchistan is not exactly an ideal place to walk in and ply their trade, its just an assumption you are making here...and even if its true it doesn't make any difference to the fact that two women were kidnapped and most likely wont return.

Tujhe "Randiyon" ke baare main bara pata hai And please avoid such language, its very crude. Europe to Asia overland trip is very popular(used to be), and Iran-Pakistan border crossing is part of it. Read about it.

Keep calling all your tourists as "Randiyan", your country and its tourism industry will go places.
