Nowhere this link is backing your assertion about the alleged missile experimental launch. Perhaps Chinese want to nip their south asian rival in the bud by issuing such statements .

Hua Chunying, Deputy Director of Foreign Ministry Information Department has clearly stated that Chinese government has noted our test.

You can keep believing that its fake though the world believes otherwise.
