The man is Fazal Mahmood, great Pakistani fast bowler of earlier years. Maybe you can recognise him from this picture.

The other three are Denis Compton and Najma & Salma Hussain (not so famous).

Sher Ali Khan is the great uncle of Saif Ali Khan. Here is another picture of him.

Would never have guessed that it was Fazal Mahmood. Difficult angle perhaps as I've seen him only in pictures. What a dashing young man! Girls in England fell in love with him on the first trip to England.

On the left it looks like Gohar Ayub but picture looks old and he wouldn't have been that old when this would have been shot. Maybe it is the Chawinda fame, Gen Abdul Ali Malik.

In the middle is Khalid Hasan, the veteran journalist.

On the right is Lt Gen Ejaz Azim, the ambassador in Washington during the Zia years at the peak of the Soviet War.
