I don't understand why we can't leave kerbs and dividers unpainted; a simple concrete wash should be the norm. Slow and steady, I guess.

If the norm of black/yellow and white/yellow kerbs and dividers is to continue, I'd rather they use easy-to-wash, pre-coloured blocks instead of hand painted ones.
