Yeah now u can get p-800... Both Yakhont and P-800 already had air launch capability.. Indian airforce however couldn't use such large missiles and had to minimise it (and change its seekers and guidance system with Russian X series etc).

You did not have any capability to deliver any nuke till 2000. Where as India had already launched multiple satellites by 2000.

No way Pakistani missile program can be ahead of Indias in terms of both technology and performance.

In 98 there were sanctions put on both India and Pak. There was no way that you could have developed your own spaceprogram and missile program without going to china and north korea and get the equipments and assemble it. Even for 300km range missile.

till now you dont have enough facility and expertise even to test 1ST gen. INS system forget the 4th gen INS based on embeded circuits and nano chips.

Coming to missile telemtry software development, which is most probably borrowed from China because you dont have parameters known which either uses military standard GPS or chinese gps. And hence you have to depemd on transistor based INS which is very old technology. So this means your missile navigation devices come directly from china. Wow.
