Graduate Course after not recomended twice

I got not recomended twice, then I did BS (Accounting and Finance). My question is, Can i apply for the third time after the graduation in Pakistan Army for 1 year graduate course ???

No,Ap just Short Service commissions ka liya eligible hain.
And I think Accounting wale PAF accounts branch mein apply karsakte hain.
