What I particularly hate about the 30% or even 10% tax is that I know how I have came this far. I have two to three internet connections, a have arranged an electricity backup, I have to give them proof of my earnings to open a bank account, I don't have an identity. What did the government did for me?

Just leave Pakistan. Pakistan is only for the real estate DHA properties of the establishment and the rest are their slaves.

its not even for dha properties ,i live in karachi dha apartment and face same difficulties as rest of karachi, here we have to pay water tax also but no water is given but rather we have to buy our own.

Why not make it 10000 pk to US dollar?... The whole world will be be flooded with Pakistani exports??...

There will be nothing to export because you have no energy to produce any worthwhile for export!....

DHA houses are extortion money pits by the corrupt establishment that sell the dreams of a great standard of living.... In reality it's just a nightmare...

my problem is not GIVING tax my problem is that i don't see my tax being utilized apart from harampai of these bureaucrats, politicians and others

why do these mna / mpa need govt issued land cruisers and prados? why can't they live on a cultus or maximum 1.3 car? all of these people are the one's who have six or seven digit monthly income and yet they are being paid to come (and often don't come) to govt institutions and do nothing

Indonesian currency is 14500 against a dollar and vietnamese currency is 23000 dongs against a dollar and both of them export many times higher than Pakistan and have trade surplus.

Pakistan already produces 90%+ of wheat that it consumes during the year when there is shortfall. All it has to do is to improve a little.

Btw, you could have come with some better examples like API's than some stupid wheat. But.. Nevermind

What a disaster.

IT exports were one of the few industries that was growing at unprecedented rate. Taxing IT exports would mean these companies and freelancers moving their operations abroad or being replaced by other competitive countries.

DHA/Clifton doesn’t have running water pipeline. One has to get a tanker on a weekly basis at atrocious rates. The PDM crooks would do a great service to Pakistan if they tax 10% on property transactions.
