i know its private practice, but in many rural areas they get paid but never go to the government hospital and instead spend most of their time in their private clinics.
Some details are missing... for example, she claims that she took a leave without pay from the City School now the question is whether that school is private or govt? from the name, it sounds a private school since in my limited exposure of the govt schools have "govt" in the name. If it's a private school then most probably she did not receive any salary during the leave because private schools are normally not that generous. In govt service, there are rules as well and even govt does not like to part with money so easily.
No it is not possible. She started as a teacher as city school before she took up the contractual position as a lecturer in the govt college. Furthermore, a person on contract cannot get paid leave from govt institution.

i am not defending this teacher, she is rightly punished, but govt doctors are playing with innocent lives and nobody is taking any action against them. Pakistan is tired of these mafias, lawyers, doctors, journalists etc.. all are mafias.
you can put it that way if you want, i would say that Pakistan is a great country and InshaAllah will become a regional power in the future, its the elite class/badmashia that is holding us back,just get rid of these badmashia and mafias i am sure Pakistan's progress will skyrocket in matter of few years.
