It is not an arc of covenant. Every resident of Islamabad know where ISI HQs are. Even if you want to visit mausoleum of Bari Imam parents they are meters away.

@Divergent ... it's close to the Lal Masjid (Burka Molvi's domain) ... you'll have to make your way through lots of molvis to reach ISI HQ ... up for that then?

Lal Masjid is almost 3-5 Km away from ISI HQ. You can visit mausoleum of Syed Mahmood Shah (Father of Sufi Saint Bari Imam) near the vicinity of ISI HQs.

But they will not allow a dual national or british national inside!

First of all no officer would be ready to meet stranger especially from U.K even regular officer would hesitate to meet stranger like this specially a girl.
She need someone who know both of them and may arrange a meeting, I remember my relative got trouble when his seniors saw him roaming in uniform with foreign tourists, later found out he is just guiding them the way to hotel.

Lal Masjid is far away from that place aprox 4 kms but still you can land yourself in trouble if you visit ISI HQ without any valid reason just to meet ISI 007.

Pakistan doesn't have a functional Northern Command HQ. Maybe, when GHQ moves to Islamabad, HQ NC would be established at its place in Rawalpindi.

Foreign females are arrested every now and then in Pakistan and then deported. Imagine a Pakistani citizen walking into MI6 building, that person will be immediately detained, interrogated and then most likely deported.
