Touhuku dialect does not pronunciation that way.
Romaji some time is tricky. So I like to make it the broad way. Tokyo accent of Kankoku is misleading though it considered the standard pronunciation. Just try to read Kankoku a couple of times, you will find Goku is better.
Look, Japanese people simply do not pronounce it as "Kangoku," they pronounce it as "Kankoku." I know this because I have heard Japanese people pronounce it that way, in Tokyo. In this news report, you can clearly hear "Kankoku," not "Kangoku."
I am only bringing this up because you have previously made the bizarre claim that Nihonjin1051 is, in fact, Vietnamese. If you are going to correct his Japanese, you had better be right. In this case, you were not. "Kangoko" is not close.
