You may be right but it seem Hollywood movie clip more than real accident..this accident happened within few seconds and what make me suspicious is how someone was recording the clip as if he knew accident is going to happen

That is a dash cam, many people in th ewest install them in their cars (I too have one), It helps in insurance if your car gets into an accident and it was not your fault. Costs only about 200-300 bucks. some have double camera and record both inside the cabin and out the front.some have GPS and also log your speed and your actions like hard braking, abrupt accelarations etc..
