The red line from Egypt was early in June ,no one on that time put any red lines except Egypt then GNA and Erdogan refused it and said first they will take sirte and jufra but now both of them get back as a bit** . Egypt has no inerests in Tripoli and we didn't fight there like Turkey but only Egypt would stop any mercenaries to come close to it's borders , that's why we put red lines .
