With so few papers, that's a pretty big share of retractions.

I can keep going. There's more. But I don't need to. Which country is superior is self evident in the cities, the people, health indicators, social indicators...

some unfairandbiased shit
the graphs you posted do not account for the fact that most reported frauds happen in countries with a very transparent system. china is the exact opposite. it hides its failures to give the 50cent army some ammo and make itself look good

the opposite: China’s economic census reveals GDP understated by 20%. /Euromoney magazine

Chinese are very humble - something that I don't agree with. This is one thing that Chinese can learn from Indians in moderation: taking ownership of achievements. Just don't take it too far by being obnoxious braggarts that can't back up what they say.

Global Firepower is accurate only in so much as you take it for what it is - A NUMBERS GAME

Global Firepower is probably the most accurate and up-to-date single source when it comes to listing the numbers of each type of equipment for every nation. But then ranking such nations according to the number of weapons they have, and concluding that such rankings demonstrate the overall military strength, are wholly inaccurate and should not be taken seriously.

The GDP difference between the US and China (in 2013) is 1.77 times (the US economy was 77% larger in 2013). The GDP difference between China and India (in 2013) is 5.045 times.

.
By the current rate of growth and RMB appreciation, it is positively estimated that China's GDP will reach $10.3 trillion in 2014, and catch on with the U.S. in 2022 maybe, since the U.S. economy is bouncing back to recovery.

Thank you, my mistake. I just hope that our colleagues here can take note of that.

Well according to that USA is number 1 :) well that explains who they got bashed by the talibans in Afghanistan and are returning with their tail between their legs same as Vietnam! good job ;)

. .
GFP clearly says it does not take into account anything that can't be put in numbers. That means experience and training, two of the most important parts of any military. Not that accurate.
Pakistan isn't on the list because of the comparatively low defense budge and lack of stuff like 'merchant marines' and oil production etc. Pakistan used to be 8th or so before the defense spending decreased a little.

Experience with horse cavalry, for instance, doesn't mean you can operate rifle infantry - the gap between horse cavalry and rifle infantry is just as big as the gap between a mechanized army and a fully informationized and networked army.
