There is no good taliban or bad taliban. Talibans are problem of USA and TTP is problem of Pakistan. Two different spheres not comparable.

Taliban is mainly problem for Afghanistan,not USA's..it became USA's problem after 2001..

Agreed but before US intervention it was no problem for Afghanistan. It was an internationally accepted and welcomed government in Afghanistan.

Internationally accepted??? Only Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) recognized the Taliban government.they executed Iranian Diplomats(which almost led to a war),along with tens of thousands of Afghan Civilians as well as led a Civil war,apart from huge violation of Human Rights..they also captured a Russian transport.in 1999,UN Security Council slapped a Sanction on this regime.you might want to study the history of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan again..

Those are not sanctions but banning of such outfits. This is the difference illegal entities are banned not sanctioned.
