The is what Ghani sab is saying:

Sovereignty of Afghanistan must be accepted categorically by Pakistan so that we can move forward

-->Yes, Ghani sab, the day you take your 3 million refugees home, the day you are not critically dependent on Pakistan's ports, they day your drugs don't kill our youth, the day your borders with with Pakistan are accepted and well defined.

Other interesting parts in the article:

What doesn’t help Afghanistan's economy is the fact that the families of elite leaders often live abroad, such as the families of Ghani's vice presidents, who live in Turkey and Iran, and the family of Ghani’s chief executive, who lives in India. In fact, the families of the top cabinet ministers, presidential advisers and deputy ministers all live outside of the country.

Thats a bit rich given that you refuse to recognize the border between our countries thereby implicitly stating that you agree with Afghan irredentism i.e. that KPK and Baluchistan belong to Afghanistan. First respect others sovereignty and maybe then they will respect and accept your sovereignty in turn. Just a little piece of advice.

A daily book of statements against Pakistan, chapter 69

When was the last time Pakistan invaded Afghan territory?

When was the last time Pakistan invaded Afghan territory?
Since 1947.....None.

But what to do if some idiots in NDS think even the breath of Pakistanis creates a tornado in Kabul.

1. Refugees - Pakistan is equally complicit in that. Or was it like Pakistani leadership only thought about pushing in weapons into Afghanistan, creating a war zone and did not expect refugee crisis ?

2. Pakistan is obligated to provide port access to Afghanistan.

PREAMBLE TO THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA

Afghan govt seems to be having some very serious differences with the pakistan at the moment

Complicit or not, if Afghanistan wants to be treated as a sovereign country, they should stop bickering on who did what and take those refugees back. We won't see Afghanistan having such conversations with the USA or Saudi Arabia or Iran. Neither will we see Pakistan using Afghanistan's historic support for the secessionist Pashtunistan movement to place a roadblock on Af-Pak relations.

I dont think its so much Ghani as it is the factions he is having to share power with, in other words Abdullah Abdullah and his Northern Alliance ilk including Karzai. Ghani seems like an intelligent and cool headed man, but the NA factions ensure he has to maintain an anti-Pakistan posture lest he be blamed for being an ISI agent, hence statements like the above.

His definition of sovereignty is erasing the Durand line which is not possible..

Mr Ghani don't fall in the trap of pakistan , they just want talibanisation of your country for their own remote control.

As long as we are not sure that Afghanistan is not gonna be used in anti-Pakistan activities,Be it by Indians,Martians or Afghan themselves, such requests are only falling on deaf ears..It's all or non phenomena;simple as that...

Every time this selfish mayor of Kabul opens his mouth, we should release the hound dogs and make another city fall. He will become irrelevant eventually when the Taliban take over,

ISIS now controls most of the area around Jalalabad. Good to know Mr Ghani has his priorities right.....

Well does Afghanistan accept Pakistan's sovereignty? Does she accept that the majority of the Pushtuns in what is now KPK and Baluchistan were happyfor Pakistan?
