Have you learned laws related to rapes of countries you mentioned ? No rape victim will go to lpolice with those law ..Have you read zina ordinance of Pakistan or Sharia laws of Saudi Arabia ? There is some improvement in case of Pakistan with some amendments recently still it is far away from giving justice ..You want us to learn from these ? Surely we need a lot to improve ..That's why it's fiercely resisted ..Each and every case is bought to social conscious ..Law amended and two days back death penalty was given for rape ..We are not even top 50 as far as rape per million is concerned .
