مظفرآباد(عبدالحکیم کشمیری سے)بھارت خوراک کی بندش ہتھیار کے طور پر استعمال کرنے لگا،درجنوں افراد اور شیر خوار بچوں کا خوراک اور دودھ کی قلت کی وجہ سے جاں بحق ہونے کی اطلاعات ،اہل جموں کشمیر تاریخ کی بدترین مشکلات کا شکار،طبی موت اور فورسز کی فائرنگ سے مرنے والوں کی بڑی تعداد کو دفنانا ایک المےے کی شکل اختیار کرچکا ہے۔ گھر وںمیں گل سڑی لاشوں کی بو،باہر نکلیں تو فورسز کی گولیاں،بھارتی مقبوضہ کشمیر وادی اور ملحقہ علاقوں میں لاک ڈاﺅن اور کرفیو کے چھبیسویں روز،طبی موت اور فورسز کی فائرنگ سے جاں بحق ہونے والے درجنوں لوگوں کے کفن دفن کا معاملہ سنگین صورتحال اختیار کر گیا۔کئی گھروں میں انسانی لاشوں کی بو کی وجہ سے مکینوں کی زندگی دوہرے عذاب سے دوچار ہے،گھروں میں لاشوں کی بدبو اور باہر نکلیں تو فورسز کی گولیوں کا نشانہ بنتے ہیں،5 اگست 2019 کو بھارت نے سری نگری اور ملحقہ علاقوں میں جو کرفیو لاگایا آج 31 اگست کو اُسے 26 روز ہو جائیں گے،ان 26 ایام میں طبی موت سے جاں بحق ہونے والوں کی الگ بڑی تعداد کو گھروں کے اندر قبریں بنا کر دفنایا گیا جبکہ کئی گھروں میں قبر کھودنے کے اوزار نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے میتوں سے بو آنا شروع ہو گئی ہے جس نے زندہ رہنے والوں کو ایک اور عذاب سے دوچار کر رکھا ہے۔سری نگر سے تعلق رکھنے والے مظفرآباد میں رہائش پذیر ایک شخص نے بتایا کہ اُس کے خاندان کے لوگ اُس پار رہائش پذیر ہیں مظفرآباد سے امریکہ اور امریکہ سے دہلی اور دہلی سے سری نگر سے مختصر وقت کیلئے جو رابطہ ہوا اُس کے مطابق اس وقت تک درجنوں مرنے والوں کو دفنانا زندگی کا مشکل ترین کام بن چکا ہے۔لوگ اپنے پیاروں کو گھروں کے صحن اور ڈرائنگ روم میں امانتاًد فنا رہے ہیں۔خوراک کی عدم دستیابی یا شدید قلت کی وجہ سے ماﺅں کے سینے خشک ہو چکے ہیں،جس کی وجہ سے شیر خوار بچوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد کے مرنے کی اطلاعات ہیں،کئی لوگوں کے گھروں سے جمع شدہ راشن ختم ہو چکا ہے،بھوک نے ڈیرے ڈال رکھے ہیں،سینکڑوں لوگ آہستہ آہستہ موت کے منہ کی طرف جا رہے ہیں،خوف کی ناقابل بیان کیفیت نے سری نگر اور ملحقہ علاقوں کو اپنے حصار میں لے رکھا ہے،اس کے باوجود کئی علاقوں میں شدید مزاحمت جاری ہے،سری نگر سے آنے والے کچھ ویڈیو کلپس یہ ثابت کرتے ہیں کہ کشمیر کی نوجوان نسل بھارتی فوج کے جبر سے خوف زدہ نہیں،انتہائی دلیری سے بکتر بند گاڑیوں کے سامنے آ کر اُن پر پتھر پھینکنا،ڈنڈوں سے گاڑیوں پر حملہ آور ہونا اور گولیوں کی کھن گرج میں سینہ تان کر پتھروں اور ڈنڈوں سے مسلح دشمن پر حملہ آور ہونا معمول ہے،خوفناک صورتحال یہ ہے کہ بھارت خوراک کی بندش کو ہتھیار کے طور پر استعمال کر رہا ہے جس سے ہزاروں لوگ زندگی اور موت کی کشمکش میں ہیں،کرفیو اور لاک ڈاﺅن کے چوتھے ہفتے میں اہل جموں کشمیر کا بھارتی مسلح افواج کے ساتھ ساتھ اب بھوک سے بھی مقابلہ ہے۔

The Independent heard allegations from residents that security forces resorted to extreme brutality and public humiliation in order to snuff out any unrest at source.
People in Nadapora Parigam, an area of the Pulwama district where a deadly suicide bombing killed 40 paramilitary officers in February, said that local boys were tortured by the security forces on the night of 5 August, hours after the Article 370 announcement was made.
Mohammad Yasin Bhat, 22, said he was dragged out of his bed at midnight by soldiers and brought out of his home to the main road, where he was made to stand naked in line with 11 other civilians.

It became apparent that security forces passing through the neighbourhood had been pelted with stones earlier in the day, and the troops were rounding up youths – seemingly at random – to find the culprits.
The officer in charge began by asking Yasin about his views of the Article 370 decision, he said. “I could sense the tension around, so, for my own safety, I said ‘we are happy – it is a good decision’. But I knew he didn’t trust my words,” said Yasin.
Yasin said he and the others were asked to remove their clothes, and then beaten with canes, gun butts and kicks. He says there was no one to help them – the whole village was cordoned off, and troops were at every corner.
During the beating, “many of us fainted”, Yasin said. “They would give electric shocks in our private parts, and start the torture again.”
The family showed pictures of severe bruising on Yasin’s backside and thighs, while other families provided images of other youths who had suffered injuries.

During the beating, one man who asked for water was made to drink muddy drain water from the side of the road, Yasin said. And the final indignity came when, at the end of the beating, the naked men were made to “lie face-down on top of each other in a pile”. “It was harassment, making us feel violated,” he said.
Neighbours gave similar accounts of the incident. One man in his eighties, who asked not to be named, said he watched the beatings from beginning to end and, when the security forces left, came out onto the street to help “rescue all of the victims”.

آج کے دور میں عالمی تنازعات کو حل کرنے کا بہترین راستہ مذاکرات کو سمجھا جاتا ہے لیکن دوحہ میں سپر پاور امریکہ اور افغان طالبان کے مابین ہونیوالے مذاکرات نے دنیا بھر کی محکوم اقوام کو یہ سبق دیا ہے کہ مذاکرات اُسی وقت آگے بڑھتے ہیں جب کمزور کے ہاتھ میں بھی بندوق ہو اور وہ مرنے مارنے پر اتر آئے۔ امریکہ اور اس کے حواری کئی سال تک طالبان کو دہشت گرد قرار دیتے رہے اور آج ان دہشت گردوں کیساتھ مذاکرات کے نو رائونڈ مکمل کئے جا چکے ہیں۔

You know something I noticed this past month .
The (Pakistanis ?) who used to be on this forum night and day advocating to befriend Israel and that the ummah is a joke indirectly mocking us Muslims and everything Islamic .
The downright racists sitting in UK talking down to us as if we’re some jungle joes .
Promoting ethnic supremacy , declaring who is Pakistani who is not ........
Not a murmer not a RIP not a sorry to see not one remark not even a **** given nothing zilch just deafening silence against the Indian occupiers and there bloodthirsth against Muslims in India and occupied Kashmir .
I wonder why ?
