He's right, Pakistanis take personality worshiping too far. 'Youthias' worship IK; 'Nooras' worship Nawaz; 'Jiyalas' worship Bhutto. Very few people view things objectively. Gen. Raheel is no doubt good, but we need to hope the person coming after him is even better.

No, my problem is with the personality worshiping part. Pakistanis even love Saladin Ayubi or Tariq bin Ziyad, and create folklore and whatnot.

Wouldn't it be better if instead of keeping pics of dead children in his drawer, he prevented the horrible incident in the first place? Still many high level attacks have taken place in 2016 itself. I hope the General coming after Sharif is more competent.

OK agreed. But let me ask some basic questions.

Q. Why not a single person has been held.accountable for the APS massacre.

It was a gross negligence on part of army school which is directly under army security. Not even an SHO or naaib Soobay daar was dismissed or held accountable on APS attack.

Specific intelligence was given about Such school attack and even then no security measures were there and terrorists easily massacred 150 students and teachers.

So much hype was created that Fazalullah will be eliminated, but even today he is alive including Umar Narary the main person behind APS attack.

Instead of releasing songs on APS its about time to answer the questions of shahdeed parents.

Why didn't gen. Shareef resigned after APS, it was directly his responsibility to ensure the security of his cantonment area.keeping hthr pictures of victims in your draw is the least we expect.

Excuse me? You surely mean to say that? Why he was supposed to resign after this attack? You expect him to clean Pakistan out of terrorism like 100%?
Do you even have the idea how long it's been to face this mess of terrorism in Pakistan?

How many of the terrorists arrested from previous army operations in Swat, FATA, Balichistan, had been hanged or even given by your courts?
How many politicians pointed out by army as being involved in terror financing and having relationship with foreign intelligence agencies, have been sacked by government or even disowned condemned by people?
What the government did to stop Afghan mobile sim roaming in Pakistan. Army asked to stop this so many times.
These and many more are reasons why terrorism still happens despite army operations and the resolve of COAS.
Write me answer to these and I will point out sone more things why APS was possible despite intelligence.
