And also last few elections voting percentage of urban areas were dismal as compared country side and hence giving wrong results ... Rigging is possible but not to such an extant to change the mandate

You just need to rig 30 seats. Im sure there are about a 100 seats that are close fights, out of those 30 means gap between 2 camps reduces by 60!

Also the voter % thing, those are sampling challenges and I can't believe professional sampling agencies have not tried to fix that issue (here simply by assigning % weights) after repeated embarrassing failures.
