And Official is what it matter on international level, PA is dealing with Iranians to lower down the tension on border, of course there were some heated statements and border actions .. but no one is fool enough to escalate this into a large scale Conflict , Indians will love that but it won't happen ..
RS is ex COAS, his decisions are his own, he is not taking any orders from Bajwa or Pakistani establishment, if that was the case, than you would think that this whole Alliance is lead and controlled by Pakistan which is not true ..
