Because most here attack Bajwa and the army out of political reflexes. Not that I know much about this specific case, but almost ALL others commenting vociferously against the former CoAS have no idea either as to what the gravity of the charges and the damage done was and also how true the charges were. One could easily land in trouble by being a bit liberal in what they disclose (while not meaning any harm to the country). This was supposedly the case of the said Lt Gen for being too open with his American interlocutors.

But in any case, this thread clearly shows if you give people an opportunity on Bajwa, immediately the frothing at the mouth starts and all sorts of nonsense spills out. Also keep in mind, this very same band was singing his praises for 3 years prior.

If this was something personal between Gen Bajwa and the Lt Gen in question, there were more ways to get the Lt Gen out of the way for a sitting CoAS than to summon a FGCM and send a Lt Gen to RI for whatever the accusations have been.

Ok show me one thread here "complimenting" Bajwa where any of the pro-IK/PTI band has said anything positive.

The binary thinking here is IK is ALL good and Bajwa is ALL bad so any thread even remotely close to Bajwa turns into abuse/cursing and what not. We have to clean it up thus the comment.

IK plays the game quite well. Behind his goodie two-shoes image is a cunning (or shrewd if you don't like me calling him "cunning") mind that plays the game to the hilt. Say one thing, but keep the base directed on the attack. Remember the cipher deal? "We just have to play with it..."

Bajwa did it to himself. He has noone to blame but himself.

The public knew the night after IK was kicked out whose who. Might as well blame the bloody civilians.

IK built his narrative post the public response. Sure IK made stupid moves pre and post RCO. But we all know whose stripped naked in front of the public eyes post RCO.

Anyways back to the point. There are rumors that he inadvertently leaked secrets regarding Pakistan strategic missiles. Maybe Bajwa was right in court martialling him. But now he’s being set free. Or maybe he was court martial because Bajwa did not get along with him.

So either Bajwa is right or wrong. Difficult to see anything grey here. Seems Pakistan’s military courts are catching upto it’s civilian counterpart.

IK's 'selfishness' that Bajwa supported him in the national interest (unconstitutionally can be) and would keep continuing, is the reason. Like seeking army's help (giving space) to act like police/FIA/NAB etc or for persuading parties for FATF etc.

I suspect this is precisely what happened. The general was probably a victim of the overzealous, trigger-happy nationalism that had gripped the civil-military establishment at that period.

I don't sit in Corps Commander meetings neither do I sit in different Dtes of GHQ where meetings take place. These videos give rise to speculations at best, nothing else. No one ever knows the true story because no one sits in the meetings where decisions take place on why,when,what,where,how. Hardly interested in such stuff.
