GDP growth rate targeted at 8.0pc by 2013: President

Makes you wonder if some of these people are Bangladeshis at all, or they are from a certain country who would rather see Indians and Bangladeshis at each others throats.

Anywho, I think its really important to set goals. Without a target you don't get anywhere. If not 2021 then come 2025, Bangladesh will surely join the middle income club. Aim for the star and you will at least reach the moon

It's best not to make such accusations without proof.

Unless you're playing dumb, yes.

If you have doubts, as a mod to ip check.

My livelihood doesn't depend on it, so no am not going to ask the mods to check the IP, besides not all the Bangladeshis live in Bangladesh for their IP to be checked. Just like i can't confirm if you are Chinese by looking at your Canadian IP. Talk about thought police.

Lets stick to the topic now shall we.

Christ you're going to accuse me of policing your thoughts just because I warned you not throw frivolous accusations around?

.
Making a vague suggestion based on MY observation is not frivolous accusation. I had my reasons for saying whatever i said. Now cut me some slack and lets clean up this thread?

Ok people time to stop breakdancing. If the growth stays at around 6%(as it is now) that would be enough for the coming years. Lets see if it increases or decreases, now go do some work!

The Awami League likes to tell these tall tales always. Just compare how many big statements that they have made about what will happen "in the future" vs. what has been accomplished "now".

Can anybody point to a positive accomplishment in the present time? The AL gov't is in power for 2 years, it was making big promises then, even.

If someone starts compiling all the big promises that our La-Hasina has so far made in the morning hours, he will see that our country is already twice developed than Japan itself. Now, since La-Hasina is away to London to get her 11th doctorate degree, therefore, the President has now stepped in to talk promises.

Our govt is quite incapable to do any job properly. All branches of the administration are full of corruption. To get a govt permission about something, a person may have to get 20 signatures and pay 10 times more bribes. Unless he is ready to pay, he may expect his file to be lost somewhere in the dustbins.

^^^The president's doing a good job portraying himself as a substitute day dreamer.

Well one of my relative obtained his driving license last week. How? By paying 8000tk as bribe ofcourse.
