100% of Gaza will never be killed. There will always be survivors. They will always want revenge. This will make each new attack even more brutal than the previous until any side is completely destroyed or they make peace.

Israel is not interested in the number of killings. They want to ensure Gaza will never be a security risk. That means no significant structure standing. When it resembles Yemen or Afghanistan, they will call it mission accomplished.
