Medical situation is critical:
Yesterday, the WHO team in Gaza handed over anaesthesia medication and cortisone which they procured from the local market to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. The medicines are enough to support 50 surgeries requiring general anaesthesia and 500 patients in critical condition. Currently, 4 out of 35 hospitals are not functioning, incl. due to severe damage or targeting. Hospitals are relying on their last reserves of supplies. WHO has no supplies or equipment left in its Gaza warehouse. Health workers are having to make impossible choices to ration what little they have left in supplies, incl. operating without anaesthetics.

With search and rescue equipment expended and services overwhelmed, people are forced to rescue trapped victims with their bare hands:

- Water and sanitation facilities severely damaged
- The average water consumption for all needs (drinking, cooking and hygiene) is currently estimated at three litres per day per person in Gaza. The actual ration is just 1 litre per person per day, the minimum amount of water required by international humanitarian standards is 15 Litres per person, per day. People consume more and more water from unsafe sources, risking death and placing the population at risk of infectious disease outbreak.
- The number of IDPs in Gaza is estimated at about one million, including over 353,000 people staying in UNRWA schools in central and southern Gaza alone.

But most likely events may unfold as below:
1. Invasion of Gaza with no strings attached.
2. Attack on Israel from west bank.
3. Destruction of Al-Aqsa mosque or latest Israeli army invasion into Al-aqsa.
3. Neighbouring arab countries engage Israel, most likely succumbing to public pressure or entities within arab countries targeting Israel.
4. Full blown war with Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Iran at least. Again, may be due to public pressure and sentiment. Doubt, gov would take such a step.
5. USA and UK to come to Israel’s aid.
6. Most likely rebellion in Ksa to over throw placid KSA.
7. Not sure if Pakistan would get involved but if it did, it will be countered by India. Pakistan will be completely entangled by India.
8. Complete subjugation of muslims following KSA rebellion in KSA.
9. All muslim countries are in disarray and cannot form a front because of their own doing.
Of course, not sure how Turkiya will be involved and the rest of the world.
And nukes? ‘Maybe function agya hai ab(?)’

Neither Palestinians nor Egyptians want that. We want our own state and self determination.
This is not good. It's meant to pressure Hamas. Sisi is cooperating in this case.
I understand but honestly that would be the best solution for the people of Gaza. Otherwise they will just keep suffering for eternity. At least as a part of Egypt they can have a normal life.
