Congrats, now how rich is the vast majority of the population? Indian elite tallying up wealth to make the 'rich list' rankings is something no intelligent person will be proud of.

World income inequality rankings;

Indian position 69, all it's neighbours do much better.

Lol what do you expect after all those big contracts from Modi. His personal wealth that you are proud of, is direct evidence of Indian state cronyism - it's poor people's tax money lining his pockets.

Which "big contracts" are you talking about ?

And how is it poor people's tax money ?
Most of them are bu++hurt of Adani and thats where their coping
mechanism activates. They think a guy becomes billionaire by stealing
money not by creating businesses and generating employment and revenue.
This is how much Adani will spend in capex next year
I doubt their own country's government spends that much in capex, Baate dekho.
90% of Indians?
Actually its 99.99%, because all prosperity lies outside India in the neighbourhood.

Adani family to donate Rs 60K crore; focus on health, education, skill

The donation, Adani group said, will help “enhance the competence and competitiveness of our future workforce”

In what is among the biggest charitable donations by an Indian corporate family, Gautam Adani and his family have pledged to donate Rs 60,000 crore that will be utilised in healthcare, education, and skill development, his logistics-to-energy conglomerate said in a statement. The donation will be managed by the Adani Foundation.

“To utilize the potential of India’s demographic advantage, there is an ever-growing need to focus on the areas of healthcare, education, and skill development,” the statement said.
“The Adani Foundation has gained rich experience in working with communities focused on integrated development efforts across all these areas … addressing these challenges can significantly enhance the competence and competitiveness of our future workforce,” it added.

With this commitment, Adani will join the list of Indian corporate houses that undertake large charitable donations. As per the 2021 EdelGive Hurun Philanthropists of the Century, Jamsetji Tata — with an estimated current value of donation of $102.4 billion — is the top philanthropist in the last century. Other Indian corporate houses to make big donations include Wipro founder chairman Azim Premji’s foundation, which had donated $22 billion as of 2021.

As per the statement by Adani, Premji said: “Gautam Adani and his family’s commitment towards philanthropy should set an example that we can all try to live Mahatma Gandhi’s principle of Trusteeship of Wealth at the peak of our business success and need not wait for our sunset years.”

It's a pledge, has it happened? The amount calculated in UK sterling is £600 million which is good but let's see it happen. So far these lot are way below their counterparts in the west.

As a percentage of net worth, the United Kingdom's rich give away the highest, followed by Americans.
Mind you the Arab states are the worst.

Oh you think only the rich pay tax? What do you think GST is? Tax on fuel??

Read the article if you're ignorant about your own country or read this: 6 airport contracts for adani from Modi - with zero experience

Indian fake pride and obsequiousness is quite sickening

All contracts are bonafide and go through a tender process. The best bid wins the contract. The winning bid is publicly disclosed, as with other competing bids.

If prior experience is required to manage airports then barely anyone would qualify. That's why we changed policy, and it's applicable to everyone. Next time you can also bid as per the tender requirements.

Grow some brain cells before you read articles tailored specifically for dumbos like yourself.
