Hope someone told Bill and Melinda that Dalits kids got murdered for defecation in the open in Modi's India just this week. Those toilets are now a matter of life and death for Dalits kids, as in a risk of immediate murder,not to mention the risk of rape for kids defecating unsupervised. It's so strange. In the rest of the 3rd world, open defecation is a public health problem. In rapistan, it is a murder/rape/abuse of Dalits issue.
