With the advent of laser, missiles are useless because laser is speed of light. In the future, would nuclear bomb be placed in a mechnical remote controlled or pre programed catepillar that burrows under ground and burrows its way to under a city in an enemy country then plunge out of the ground at the last minute before donating? What do you think?

Plus what's the distance from Beijing to the NK border...400 miles. Not that far. For instance that NYC water tunnel #3 is 500ft deep and runs pretty far.

Laser guns will have their limits. How good a laser gun would be against a hyper sonic scramjet missile which is travelling is speed of around mac 10 to 20. This is still in the future and only time will tell.
