Brother, so JeM, LeT are normal people, these are terror outfits that do not fall under a government. are you saying that these are normal people who train youngs to become sucide bombers. And if we normal people oppose MFN status for India will we be called terrorists?
Thanks to the Terror groups for now making it almost impossible for GoP to not grant MFN status to India
a reciprocation from Pakistan isn't binding
Sensible members of Pakistan, what is your stand on terror out-fits trying to sway the government of its policies?
Kindly my question is to understand the general stand of individuals on what the Let, JeM, etc are instructing the Pakistani Government to do?
There are no rules of this nature..... India did what it felt was right.... a reciprocation from Pakistan isn't binding..... Pakistan should formulate its FP with complete independence..... and not with a feeling of being obliged!
Most favoured nation relationships extend reciprocal bilateral relationships following both GATT and WTO norms of reciprocity and non-discrimination. In bilateral reciprocal relationships a particular privilege granted by one party only extends to other parties who reciprocate that privilege, while in a multilateral reciprocal relationship the same privilege would be extended to the group that negotiated a particular privilege. The non-discriminatory component of the GATT/WTO applies a reciprocally negotiated privilege to all members of the GATT/WTO without respect to their status in negotiating the privilege.
Question Why do Indian members think.......that its their birth right to get MFN status from Pakistan????
told a gathering of hundreds of supporters at Aabpara Chowk in Islamabad
sounds like these terrorists dont like india. well thats indias problems
In the WTO, when countries agree to open their markets for goods or services, they “bind” their commitments.
A country can change its bindings, but only after negotiating with its trading partners, which could mean compensating them for loss of trade.
