300 years? What did they do from 1647 to 1757 (Plassey and administrative rights in Bengal)?

Actually, about Sikhism, I have rather different views. It was not so much based on 'stopping atrocities of another religion' as on a synthesis of some elements of Islam and Hindu bhakti thinking.
Most sub continental Arabs claim that they ruled for over 1000 years. I too rounded up the figures...make it 200.

From did they came ? And why they do the work of cleaning tiolets or streets , dont they get any other job or they r not that educated? Or feel fear to be on high pozitions?

I don't know about their roots neither I am interested, but their condition will change slowly and gradually over a long period (its based on working with a lot of them). The Pakistani Christians of Karachi are more educated and carrier oriented, they have totally different names then Punjabi or KPK Christians. Punjabi Christians normally have a name resembling to Muslims with Masih as a surname, whereas Karachi Christians have plain English names. One of the funny names I have come across is "Chaudhry James Paul" a Punjabi Christian.

Coming to how their condition may improve, the elder Christians have realised the importance and value of education but they complain of their young boys and say our girls take education seriously but boys remain "lafanter", the higher studies being costly put restraint on their progress .......... the easiest job knocking at their doors is janitorial and they don't hesitate to take it up because of zero to none competition. Some of them are skilled in many other fields and believe me I will prefer dealing with them compared to our Muslim brethren in those fields.

Christians in Pakistan specially Karachi based are highly educated and decent stop this stupid generalization that all of them work as cleaning toilets.

Yes Punjabi Christians identify themselves as Punjabis and speak Punjabi, but their origins are in South India and were brought in as servants by the British. Their is a reason why many of them are concentrated around cantonments or cities that hosted major British cantonments.

There were of course many Punjabi Hindus who had converted to Christianity during British rule, but i'd estimate them to make up less than 20% of the Punjabi Christian population.

I also know about wealthy Muslim jatts who converted to Christianity... during British era...

However such conversions were very rare.

.
I will disagree with this, majority convert because they find meaning and value in the new religion.
Christianity has spread the most by conversion because of the relentless efforts of their missionaries.
Not really... low castes only exist in sindh and panjab.

In sindh they remain hindu and till land of land owners...

In panjab, they converted to sikhism as Mazhabi Sikhs,as Muslims they became Mussalis .. as Christians , Chuhras/massihs.

There are so much myths about temple destruction . Hindu nationalists needed this propaganda to propagate Hindu nationalism

watch this video and you will understand it if you possess some logic and reasoning

There are literally hundreds of references of destruction of temples and statues. Muslim historians themselves have written books glorifying their leaders reign of pillage and destruction on facing resistance from local Hindu rulers and their subjects. Even to present day we see these attitudes surfacing. Good example is the destruction of Buddha statues in Bamiyan, Afghanistan.
