What's new

Friday prayers held in parts of pakistan amid strict lockdown

I have an interesting story to share.

Once I prayed in masjid and when I finished my prayer, an Indian man who was standing next to me started objecting the way I prayed (specifically the way I stand up from sitting position because I read a hadith and I started doing that). I humbly told him that this is how I have read.. and he is free to follow what he has read and believed. But he continuously was making rude comments.. and at one point he told me that I prayed like a pregnant woman.. lolll

That's when an arab guy came in and gave him a shut up call.. He would have been reported for doing that..

We, the people in sub continent, have assumed the role of religious police.. and everyone of us is a policeman..
I assume you are Ahl-e-Hadith?

there are many groups newly formed due to preachers on youtube like engineer mirza who follow certain teachings of ahleHadees and certain from shia sect ,so these days apparently looking at manner of prayer and other apparent outlook you cannot say with certainty what school of though a person is following
ahl hadith means green turbans walay or those who are called who wahabi?

Wahabi.
Green Turbans waley are Barelvis (though not all Barelvis wear Green Turban). Green Turbans waley are also from a jama'at called Da'awat-e-Islami

Yehi to problrm hai sir. Log apne aap ko bara samajhte hain. Ulema-e-Haq hote hi hidayaat ke liye hai. WO banda Cleverly Quran aur Ahadith ko manipulate karta hai apne maqsad ke liye. Woh Ulema ko bura bhi bolta hai

Hafiz Abu Yahya has exposed his mistakes and showed with evidence that eng mirza not know much about arabic language and translates Holy Quran wrongly and also wrongly quote Hadees, there are many youtube videos of Hafiz AbuYahya on this

It is more of an 'instrument' worship in most parts of India. Common household tools and equipments of everyday use are revered. Dorks supporting gun use in public places won't get that concept obviously..

csnt get my head around concept of putting gun on the floor flowers around it and giving it ladoo to eat .

what about bullet because without bullet gun has no use . Do you bow down to bullet /ammunition ?

saaftware update

What are you on now? Jalebi420?

I hope you are not following Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza

I said I don't follow any particular school of thought. Wherever I find the ease, I go for that. All four schools of Sunnah are our schools and in my opinion there's absolutely no need to follow a particular one completely.

so that's like almost everyone.

so that's like almost everyone.
Yes.. You can say that.

Anyway, there are very few differences and I don't think they matter. One major difference is on timing of Asr prayer.. Doing my research on that.. Three imams say Asr starts when the length of shadow becomes equal of the hight of the object, ahnaaf say when the length becomes double.. I think I will go with the other three on this.
