This projected deal between the PAF and French died out circa. 2010 itself. Just as the possibility of subs for the PN from either France or Germany got scuppered.
Since then the world has moved on. Suggest you do the same.

I have read somewhere, and I dont have a link to prove it, that the Chinese have done an equally good job in avionics. So Pakistan does not need to look anywhere else.
