Its totally free to make account on any of these sites... If u can invest then go for upwork if u don't want to invest then go for fiverr.... Payment methods is up to u... Direct to local bank and payoneer both are available

I am doing business plan and financial modeling on fiverr for startups but believe me fiverr is only designed for buyers, sellers have no worth here, extremely annoying policies and rules for the sellers. Frauds on fiverr increasing day by day and they still prefer illegitimate buyers behavior.

Fiverr, Upwork, freelancer or any other sites are good for people who are starting out but always try to create your own business don't solely rely on these platforms because you never know when their Algo changes and your business will get affected.

Setup your own website and eradicate these 3rd party commission. There are tons of ways to make money, affiliate-marketing, setting up your own website and then ranking it for good keywords is the way to go.

Well, it's the same on Upwork too. I once got into a dispute where the client was refusing to pay. The dispute specialist said unless the client agrees to pay the funds cannot be released no matter how many proofs I give of work completion.

True that. But, never got time to build a website for myself. Tried to start a few projects of my own but couldn't manage to handle them due to time constraint.

Create a profile as a specialist in your particular expertise. What type of software, what type of coding and start bidding. You may have to purchase bids on Upwork. Not costly though.

Well, not the case always. Upwork paid itself to me when I encounter a dispute issue on a Fixed price job. Client sent refund request but upwork paid from their pocket and sent me an email as you are our valuable community member we are compensating you from ourself.

For hourly jobs, I never lost a dispute. You should know how to win the dispute.

yeah, they are saying will be effective from late summer. But small clients always pay high as compared to Corporates. I worked with Upwork itself, P&G, and Airbnb but they prefer low fee guys.

Lucky you, in my case the specialist offered to go for arbitration which would cost a good 5K USD and the contract was too small to go for that hassle but then a miracle happened and the funds were in my account. That was also a fixed-price contract. I doubt hourly contracts can have a dispute because of their hourly protection.

if anyone is failing in freelancing he should start own online business like creating a blog website with new updates and knowledge based and entertainment content as well as using affiliate marketing for platforms like amazon,walmart etc which can be source of good commission if you are able to select proper niche of products and target right audience using social media and your blog sites and there are many tricks by which you can market your products for free using various social media
