And the Taliban was very saintly right ? Like it or not the American's have done a great favor to Afghanistan by taking the Taliban out of there. I do understand how people can sympathize with the Taliban regime after all they have done to harm Afghanistan and Pakistan also. There are bound to be civilian casualties in a war but this was has also paved the way for a democratic Afghanistan. For the first time we can see a ray of hope for the war torn country. Their recent success in cricket is an example of what the country is capable of. Hats of to the Americans, whatever their reason was, atleast some scum on this earth have been wiped off.
The deceased Indians were identified as Major Dr Laishram Jyotin Singh of Army Medical Corps, Major Deepak Yadav of Army Education Corps, engineer Bhola Ram, tabla player Nawab Khan, staffer of Kandahar Consulate Nitish Chibber and ITBP constable Roshan Lal, Indian embassy sources said.
Earlier, the government of India had put the number of those dead at nine, which highly placed sources said was incorrect as it was based on preliminary assessment of the Afghan interior ministry.
Jyotin Singh was in Afghanistan to train local doctors at the Indira Gandhi hospital while Deepak Yadav was teaching English at the Afghan Military Academy.
Nawab Khan, who was killed in the attack on Park Residence, was part of the three-member cultural troupe, which was sent by Indian Council for Cultural Relations to Afghanistan.
Bhola Ram was project director at Afghan Power Grid Corporation and was instrumental in bringing electricity to Kabul from Uzbekistan, sources said.
The project had been completed and Bhola Ram was in the process of handing over the responsibilities to Afghans for which they were being trained.
Indo-Tibetan Border Police constable Roshan Lal, 35, a resident of Himachal Pradesh was deployed as the security personnel at the Indian Consulate in Herat. He was on leave and in transit on his way back home.
Chibber was secretary at the Indian Consulate in Kandahar.
The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack in telephone calls made to some foreign news wires.
The terrorists targeted those Indians who were engaged in helping Afghan people and building partnership between the two countries, Indian Ambassador Jayant Prasad said.

"The same not very sainty Taliban were once partners with Americans."
That's a lie of the ill-informed. You confuse the taliban with the mujahideen.
The taliban's origins come from Oruzgan in 1994. The Soviet-Afghan war ended in the very late eighties. The taliban are an altogether different movement separated by the years and virtual exclusively pashtun.
The mujahideen forces whom America supported along with the PRC, Great Britain, France, W. Germany, Italy, and your own country included others like the tajik Ahmad Shah Massood.
We didn't recognize the taliban government. Pakistan, the UAE, and the KSA did. Only those three countries of the entire world. The taliban were the minions of Benazir Bhutto and your ISI who dumped Gulbuddin Hekmatyar to ride a winning horse in Afghanistan.
Get your facts straight.
Thanks.
We all know what these so called Indian "medical officers" are up to in Afghanistan...one of the army officer's was involved in a fraudulent forced marriage with an Afghan girl whilst pretending to have converted to Islam and later he ran back to India after the honeymoon was over
You can't expect any better from these rats.

Indians are sponsoring terrorism from Afghan soil right under the Nose of ISAF.
Reality 2: America dosent wants to be at odds with India , as thers alot in the pipeline which India is willing to buy ...!
Reality 3: The only way to offset the Indian activities inside afghanistan is to launch all sorts of covert ops , i would propose that the ISI and MI should be given the green Card to dismantle all the Indian terrorist network inside Afghanistan through any possible dirty trick ...weather anybody likes it or not !
If the US can turn its blind eye over the Indian activities in afghanistan , then it has to have same stance for Pakistani activities in dismantling the Indian terror network inside afghanistan or else they aint gona win in afghanistan in the next 9 years too ..
American interference in support of India would only cost them nothing but Pakistani Rebellion ...!
And this is the reality just because u believe in it??Where is the proof that makes u believe that india is doin dirty tricks?????,why isnt it beeing shown to the world???? Is it because it wont hold any ground in front of neutral countries???There are so many questions here ,but i bet u love wearing those "hate india" glasses of yours.Reality 1: Indians are sponsoring terrorism from Afghan soil right under the Nose of ISAF.
