Exactly. In Hyderabad bomb, it was said to be Hindu dominated area, but Bomb killed 2 Muslim students too. No media channel of India said that it was directed on one community. And the worst parties even called it attack on India, and urged for communal harmony.

The attacks are targeted to make this confusion and anger among communities. Its attack on Pakistani people

Actually six muslims were killed .Five were promptly killed and one later succumbed to injuries.

Frankly no one knows the chain of command in Karachi. Every second criminal is an active member of a party, you catch one very next moment you receive a phone call for his release. In many cases the rats in police leak out the plans of raid on the criminals.
