In the realm of American domestic politics,yes.With regards to India,I don't think so.The Obama led administration took out ISRO and DRDO from the US entities list,offered us top of the line military equipment including the NATO missile defence,toned down the rhetoric on outsourcing and generally kept India out of the purview of the trade wars to quote the very least.What more can you ask of the man,his beating heart on a platter?
It's the Indian establishment that's currently engaging in flip flops.Regardless of the countless valid rejections that the UPA served to Washington,New Delhi also seems to be attacking America on whatever stands it takes and some where India has no business to be poking it's nose in(Case in point;Cuba's embargo and NATO's military intervention in Libya).The last UN speech delivered by MMS was a scathing condemnation on Western policies(?).What exactly do you want the US administration to do over all this? Just grin and bear it?More importantly,what is India hoping to achieve by taking on the Yanks?
For now,The Manmohan Singh led UPA government seems to have their friend-or-foe ID radars jammed either by sheer delusion or mere stupidity.Till things get sorted out,don't expect an inch from the Obama administration.
