This appears to be incorrect information.
Here's the original source of these pictures, Iranian news site Mashregh:

And here's what it's saying:
عکس/ کودکان پناهجو افغانستان در پناه تکاوران ارتش
جدیدترین تصاویر از پناهجویان افغانستانی که اخیرا توسط نیروهای تیپ ۶۵ نوهد نیروی زمینی ارتش مستقر در مرز ایران و افغانستان شناسایی و به کمپهای مربوطه منتقل شدهاند.
Allow me to translate:
Pictures / Refugee children of Afghanistan sheltered by Army Special Forces
Most recent pictures of Afghan refugees who were identified and transferred to corresponding camps by forces of the 65th Brigade of Nohed Army ground forces.
As you can see, there's no mention whatsoever of the Fatemiyoun Brigade, nor of the girls' parents. According to the original source therefore, they are random unknown kids moving towards the border, from where they were rescued by Iranian Special Forces and given shelter.
Someone then reposted one of the pictures and added a description of their own evoking the Fatemiyoun - we don't know who did this, but it's not the publisher of the photographs. In other words, it's unverified information that is likely false.
@aryobarzan @Shawnee Look how even humanitarian gestures by Iran will be used to incite animosity.
