in the US. half their major cities are on fire. Chicago had its deadliest night in 50 years.. something like 80 people shot and killed in 3 days?

you have a pandemic going on where there is almost 15% unemployment (far higher if you count people whos hours are cut) everyones retirement fund was destroyed, everyone is out of work, there are mobs burning cities.

yet the stock market is steadily going up. the rich people will get even richer, while the average person goes under poverty.

perhaps instead of looking at American propaganda. you should look at corruption in the US . how the **** is the stock market going up and the rich getting richer when everyone else is getting buried?

oh that's right. there is a reverse welfare system in the capitalist US. where the average citizen bails out the ultra rich corporations that are "too big to fail". socialism for the rich, capitalism for the poor.

the us government has essentially guaranteed the wealth of the rich, while letting the poor starve. that's a far bigger issue you need to look at then some random corrupt Iranian politician.

A famous saying that's even translated to Persian is "what does that have to do with the price of tea in china?"
Corruption in Iran is not related to the crap going on in the U.S. stock market or economy....they're mutually exclusive...but thanks for the commentary anyway.

Lol is this a joke? The entire Republic is corrupt. That is the downfall when you have tens of individual factions that contribute to a Republic. Everyone gets a piece of the pie and corruption runs rampant.

Even China that has a one party system has corruption. However, it is is easier to clean up because there isn’t factions that could splinter and weaken the pillars of government. In Iran due to so many different power factions it is hard to adequately punish as everyone is involved in the corruption in some shape or form.

However, some corruption is to be expected in any government system in the world. The issue with Iran is, its corruption is beyond acceptable levels for a country with the GDP that it is. If it’s GDP was 1.5+ trillion then the current corruption would it be fine? One can only speculate.

What is the appropriate Tolerable corruption percentage of GDP for a country? Who knows really.

Thanks, I watched all of them....Lol, I have to tell you that prosecutor needs to learn presenting and rebutting in a trail....he was reading off the paper!? No evidence, checks, bank records, transfer of deed etc....visuals go a long way in courtrooms.

Widespread corruption is one of the main rotten pillars the keeps nations from their true potential. Unfortunately, this culture of corruption or "فساد" is one that is rampant in Iran. No nation is without corruption, but Iran needs to fight this issue in a serious manner. Corruption is one of the main internal factors that is creating problems for Iran. It is no secret that these sanctions (external factor) would not have had the effects we have seen if Iran's internal situation was healthier. It is a good sign these people are being named , shamed and punished for these acts. However, this must be a genuine constant fight against corruption from top to bottom and not one that is used as a political weapon sporadically. For as long as corruption remains widespread at the top, you will have a "trickle down corruption" effect. But have no doubt about it, this is not an easy disease to fight.

It's impossible to fix as long as Rouhani is the head of the corrupt and the president of iran. We should wait until his disastrous time in office is over. Then the people need to vote for someone who actually cares about iran, and not another guy who's the puppet of the west. Then the new president can fix the corruption issues. I think that if corruption is mostly eliminated in iran, the economy will be improved by alot.

He is a hired troll. Look at his posts then go watch BBC. Same non-sense are being repeated in this guy's posts everyday. They exaggerate problems in Iran, minimizing and underestimating problems in western world, while making a angle of them.

A system that corrects itself is to be trusted.

BBC? are you talking about me, then have the balls to address me. I can tell by your rather obtuse post that you haven't read many of my posts....and why are you repeating the same BS line that our uneducated grandparents told us when we were kids growing up in Iran? Hamash zireh dast inglesh hast!? "It's all under the hands of the English" Why do you blame corruption on the west? They're not sending CIA agents to make our politicians take bribes, they're doing it pretty well by themselves. I don't understand these dumb excuses....it's America's fault, or the British. Yes, but we supposedly broke free 40 years ago! Why is it that there are news reports every six month or so about a billion missing here and billion missing there? How can any rational person blame America for something happening in every level of our government? Come on! Get with the program, stop repeating BS and look around yourself and our land.

Hamash zireh dast inglesh hast? Inglesh? Really? An Iranian would say Ingilis. So you can't speak Persian properly. Ha!

And you have watched too much "Dear Uncle Napoleon".

Then who is really responsible for all these problems if it's not the UK and its child the US?
They controlled Iran for decades and stole iranian money and kept the Iranian people ignorant about reality and oppressed them all that time. It's not logical that they would just forget about their true aims just because of the iranian revolution. The very first Iranian president was a traitor, Rouhani is as well.
Look at the protests occurring from time to time in Iran against the government. Who do you think organizes these really? Its funded and organized by the CIA. Small groups are formed in Iran who aim at destabilizing Iran internally. They start protests over the smallest things and then some people are just dumb enough to join them without even thinking about what's the right thing to do.
The US is aiming at destabilizing the region right now so that it can save itself. All American states are buring and some other countries are supporting the US people against the american government. The US is trying to shift their attention elsewhere so that they can stop a revolution from happening so that those people who are at power can stay where they are. Israel and Turkey are tasked at starting a new conflict in the region. Turkey has started already, and Israel is preparing for it. Also protests have been started in Lebanon, again to let people focus on the middle east instead of the US. Dont think that the US and UK wont really be thinking in such a way and that they arent behind some of the problems in Iran.

I am kind of troubled by the unpredictable rules of your capitalization style. You capitalized the UK, the US, Lebanon and Israel but didn't capitalize Iran anywhere in your comment. That's kind of offensive. I know you didn't mean ill, but still.
